We ask you to understand that when an appointment is no showed, or cancelled at the last minute, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that time slot. This means other guests miss the chance to receive our services.
because we realize it is easy to forget an appointment scheduled months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours beforehand.
A fee of 100% of the reserved service price will be charged to your card on file in the following scenarios:
1.) If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
2.) If an appointment is a no show.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our guests on the wait list of any availability, be able to accept new guests into our salon and keep our schedules as available as possible so we can provide better service to our current and new salon guests.
